A trainer at a whiteboard leads a session; a small group around a table listens and responds

Training software

Training, from the first draft to the proof it happened.

For organisations of 20 to 500 people, wherever they work. Mill drafts each course and you approve it. Coming soon: Hall, to run the training and keep the records an auditor asks for, and Inn, to find a trainer who runs it in person.

  • Mandatory training, per person
  • Certificates anyone can check
  • Courses from your own material
  • Narration in 24 languages

Mill

AI drafts. Humans approve. The evidence exports.

Give Mill a topic, a document or a case. It proposes an outline, and nothing is written until you approve it. A translation that changes a number, a unit or a regulatory ID is stopped before it reaches a learner. Each course carries an evidence pack: its versions, the models that drafted it, and who signed.
