Who we are

colport.io is run by ColPort, in the Netherlands. The company is being registered; its name, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number and address will be added here once it is. You can reach us at hello@colport.io.

The products have their own terms

Accounts, subscriptions, prices, credits and the content you make are governed by the terms of the product you use: Mill, Hall and Inn.

What is on this website

We write every fact on this site from the product it describes, and we change the site when a product changes. Even so, the site is a summary: the product's own pricing page, its terms and your agreement with us decide. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

The Commons game is an educational simulation, not official advice. In a real emergency, follow the instructions of the authorities.

Names, marks, text and photos

The names ColPort, Mill, Hall, Inn and Commons, their marks, and the text of this site are ours. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we did not. The photographs are licensed to us and may not be reused. Maps and data from open sources are credited where they appear, under their own licences.

Using the site

Please do not try to break into the site, overload it, or copy it wholesale with automated tools. Links to other websites are there for your convenience; we are not responsible for what those sites contain.

Liability

The website is free to use and offered as it is. As far as Dutch law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using it or from relying on what it says. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Law and changes

Dutch law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. How we handle personal data is on the Privacy page.
